FEW INSTRUCTIONS WHICH WE EXPECT FROM THE PARENTS TO BE FOLLOWED STRICTLY

• Students should not come with any type of jewellery to school. The school will not be responsible for loss of any such jewellery.
• Parents should acknowledge the note given by the teacher / school & should read the circular carefully & sign it & should follow the instructions strictly .
• Parents have to mention the name of their ward on bag, tiffin, water bottle & any other belongings which is being sent to school along with the student.
• Uniform schedule to be followed carefully.
• As now we are issuing monthly planner in which activities & holidays for that month will be mentioned . No further notice / reminder will be given for the activities / holidays . It will be the responsibility of the parents to carefully note down the dates .
• Terminal fees will be paid thrice in the year (July, Oct, Jan).
• The activities we plan are mainly for student's grooming . Hence we expect that all the students should participate in the activities.

RULES REGARDING FEES PAYMENT

• Fees charges will be paid quaterly in the months of Apr., July, Oct., Jan.
• Last date for depositing fees for four quarters are 10th Apr., 10th July, 10th Oct., 10th Jan. respectively .
• Parents have to fill the fees book .
• In case of late payment a fine of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged .
• If the fee is not paid by the last date of the month the name of the student will be struck off without any notice.
• In case of struck off student’s new admission will be possible subject to availability of seats & on re-payment of admission fees.

RULES CONVEYANCE FEES PAYMENT

• Transport charges will be paid quaterly in the months of Apr, July, Oct, Jan.
